Spring Contest

Vertigo Spring Issue Contest

♦ Basic Information:

Vertigo is Lynbrook’s official literary magazine. We publish our issues three times a year on our website. Although our winter and summer issues are online only, our spring issue is printed and distributed to the student body for free.

♦ Contest:

The winner of this contest will have their work published alongside all of our members in our spring issue! This is open to both artists* and writers. The deadline to submit is March 6th, 2020 at 11:59 PM.

The theme for our spring issue is: aisling (n.) – for dream or vision

*Please note, all art is created based upon a writer’s piece. If you are selected as the winning artist, you will be asked to create a piece based on the winning writer’s work.

      • Additionally, you must not be a current staff member of Vertigo
    • No graphic violence, language, etc.
      • Please keep your pieces school appropriate, and use your best judgment. If we find your piece is too graphic, you will be removed from the contest
