drifting
unconnected
to the passage of time
floats eternal shadow
lost
to the hypnotic stupor of
forgotten self and unwound clocks
the weary attenuation
of sense drives
nostalgic recollections
that have yet again
slipped
from conscious grasp
a detached void
isolating the vacuous
impressions
intangible to thought
disassociating visions and
idealized hallucinations-
Suddenly
Broken
By
The
Alarm
Those indiscernible thoughts
Gone.
